    Brûlée Catering, is currently looking for hard working, energetic individuals with a positive attitude and a professional demeanor to join our winning team as Kitchen Manager for one of our exclusive venues.

    • Must be able to work independently, have understanding of recipe costing, product ordering & inventory management.
    • Strong knowledge of ingredients and culinary techniques
    • Full knowledge of methods, procedures and quality standards relating to Brulee Catering menus as well as basic kitchen procedures and terminology.
    • Must have experience in scheduling culinary & support teams
    • Ability to assist in execution of on premise events holding the highest standards for our ingredients and service.
    • Attention to detail. Ensure all products are properly stocked for production per the menu requirements and are held up to Brulees standards and maintain vendor relationships.


    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a catering kitchen preferred
    • Culinary degree or documented culinary training required preferred
    • Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move items up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move items up to 50 pounds
