    The BOK Center, or Bank of Oklahoma Center, is a 19,199-seat multi-purpose arena and a primary indoor sports and event venue in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. Designed to accommodate arena football, hockey, basketball, concerts, and similar events. The current permanent tenant is the Tulsa Oilers, a professional ice hockey team based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which play in the ECHL.     This position is responsible for the tracking, organization and fulfillment of all aspects of the Corporate Sales department for a Tulsa (OK)-based ECHL Hockey sports franchise, the Tulsa Oilers, affiliate of the Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues. The Tulsa Oilers play in the state-of-the-art BOK Center. The Sponsorship Fulfillment Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Partnerships for Spectra to ensure that all sponsors/clients of the Tulsa Oilers/Spectra receive premium customer service and that all aspects of agreements are fulfilled in an attempt to maintain long-standing relationships with sponsors.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for working with the Director of Partnerships to ensure that all aspects of Corporate Sales agreements are fulfilled and contract terms are fully executed
    • Responsible for the organization of all sponsor agreements and files, as well as tracking inventory control and tracking systems and reports to ensure proper asset management
    • Responsible for the solicitation of copy from sponsors for advertisements/packages, as well as the coordination of signage production and installation with vendors
    • Responsible for the mailing of sponsor assets such as tickets, programs, etc
    • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating/executing all other aspects of Corporate Partnership fulfillment for sponsors/clients
    • Responsible for recording contracts and sales in property sales reports, and working with corporate finance to ensure that all sales are recorded
    • Responsible for invoicing clients and tracking & collecting accounts receivables from sponsors/clients
    • Responsible for creating season recap of season for partners, if requested
    • Responsible for servicing all Corporate Sponsorships through various means including, but not limited to, direct contact and Partner gatherings
    • Responsible for the creation of sales proposals and presentations for potential Partners 2
    • Responsible for creating and implementing new ideas and opportunities that will help drive Partnership revenue for the team
    • Responsible for working with marketing department on opportunities to amplify and monetize team marketing endeavors
    • Responsible for tracking prospective sales and inventory throughout the season
    • Responsible for working and attending team and Spectra events and promotions
    • Responsible for cultivating and building a good working relationship with different personnel and departments with the team and venue
    • Other duties as assigned by Vice President of Spectra Partnerships and/or Director of Partnerships

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required
    • Bachelor’s degree or better from an accredited college or university
    • Proficiency with data processing and ALL MS Office applications (including Power Point, Word and Excel)
    • Ability to work nights, all events, weekends, events and holidays as required
    • Ability to work independently both efficiently and effectively
    • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
