    This position is based within our Crown Complex. Located in the heart of Cumberland County, the Crown Complex is a state-of-the-art, five-venue complex comprised of a 4,500-seat arena, a 9,200-square foot ballroom, a 10,880-seat coliseum, an exposition center with 60,000 square feet of unobstructed space and a 2,440-seat theatre. Managed by Spectra Venue Management, the Complex is home to the Fayetteville Marksmen hockey team (SPHL) and Cape Fear Heroes indoor football team (AAL) and hosts a variety of other sporting events, family shows, concerts and special productions year-round. The flagship venue of the Crown Complex, the Coliseum, opened in October of 1997 and has continued to set records. This versatile facility contains an ice floor for hockey and ice shows and easily converts into the ideal venue for world-class concerts, sporting events and other performances.     • Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of all Group Sales programs and activities.
    • Develop and implement all aspects of sales plan
    • Develop and implement all revenue and expense budgets
    • Track and manage daily, weekly, monthly sales reports
    • Develop sales goals to meet annual budget
    • Plan and coordinate theme night promotions and special events for corporate executives, businesses, fans, and all applicable customers
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
    • Serve as the point person for all club/suite level services 
    • Develop annual club/suite level servicing plan with focus on servicing premium services clients at all events, along with developing ticket packages for concerts and family shows



    • College Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Sports Management 
    • 1 -3 years prior Sales experience, preferably in Sports & Entertainment
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills required
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and have web-related background
    • Team player who is a creative and proactive problem solver
    • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays as required, in addition to normal business hours
