    Position Summary

     

    The Information Technology Analyst will manage operational needs of Spectra’s Information Technology Department. In this Spectra internal customer facing role, the successful applicant will interface with project teams to successfully onboard and support the technology needs of the on-site and remote Spectra workforce not limited laptop, Office 365, telecommunication and collaboration needs.  This position supports all Spectra employees at the corporate headquarters in Philadelphia and our office in Lutz, FL. In addition, this person will support the remote workforce at Spectra clients.   The applicant in this role should be results-oriented with a track record of successfully hitting deadlines, and capable of working independently and quickly learning new skills as needed.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Essential Job Functions

    • Support landline and mobile telecommunications for Spectra locations (Philadelphia, PA, Lutz, FL) and client locations.
    • Act as point person for the on-boarding and off-boarding of Spectra’s client portfolio
    • Support the execution of the Mobile Device Policy and Management System
    • Create guides / “cheat sheets” and provide support for mobile device setup for all Spectra-issued corporate devices
    • Support the conference calling solution (in conjunction with Enterprise Applications team)
    • Analyze landline and mobile coverage and costs to determine best choices for Spectra corporate locations
    • Provide consulting services to Spectra Field locations as requested to analyze and advise on different telecom options
    • Support user community with technology questions and issues relating to collaboration, telecommunications, laptop and MS Office.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
    • Preference will be given to applicants with ITIL, PMP, or other certifications
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT, with experience in telecommunications, IT support, helpdesk, or other related areas
    • Experience negotiating with multiple stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability of working well in fast-paced teams and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new information / skills as needed to support your project
    • High degree of initiative and dependability
    • Strong written & verbal communication skills
