The part-time Front Desk Receptionist and Security Guard employee is a daily employee position who is responsible for representing the organization professionally in dress and mannerism. This position will, operate the multiline phone console and properly route and screen the calls while providing exceptional customer service skills to our clients. Full-knowledge of the CURE Insurance Arena is essential to enable him/her to execute their position thoroughly. The Receptionist is the first contact that our clients and their customers have prior to entering the administrative offices. In addition to the receptionist duties, light security tasks may be assigned. This position will be responsible for monitoring the security system, cameras and Fire Alarm System (Light training will be provided). This position may receive functional event related instructions from the Event Manager(s), Manager on Duty or the General Manager or Senior Operations Manager.
