The Director of Event Services will oversee the Events, Box Office and Group Sales Departments. This individual will manage every aspect of front of house operations in the facility from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; position will recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate all front of house staff including building security, guest services, parking and medical staff. This person will also coordinate police presence and local public safety officials to ensure events run smoothly; coordinate communication between event related staff and delegate assignments and be responsible for overall customer and lessee satisfaction.
This position is based at our Augusta Entertainment Complex. Augusta Entertainment Complex, located in beautiful Augusta, Georgia, is made up of James Brown Arena, an 8600 seat multi-purpose arena and The Bell Auditorium, a 2700 seat theater.
