The Senior Human Resource Manager will serve as a strategic business partner alongside Operational and Human Resource Senior leadership (VPHR/DSVP/RVPs) in assigned region/account(s). The Senior Human Resource Manager will contribute to the success of HR team’s Key Impact Areas’ metrics in attracting, retaining, developing and protecting human capital. This position will provide leadership to field HRMs by providing resources, development, and guidance on employment actions. Role will focus on achieving positive engagement, and leveraging people/talent toward attainment of organizational goals.
