    The Kitchen Pantry employee prepares food to be served to guests at location throughout the facility. The Kitchen Pantry employee is responsible for preparing fruits, vegetables, salads, and meats to recipe.


    The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

    • Responsible for preparing hot and cold foods following standard recipes.
    • Responsible for cleaning work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes and silverware.
    • Responsible for cutting and/or slicing meats.
    • Responsible for mixing ingredients for green salads, fruit salads, vegetable salads, and pasta salads.
    • Ensures all kitchen equipment is operation properly and reports maintenance needs to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
    • Demonstrates ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
    • All other duties as assigned by the managers and supervisors.


    Experience in basic food handling and sanitation preferred.


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Ability to operate kitchen equipment to include broiler, steamer, chef knives, convention oven, mixer, and slicer.
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced event driven environment.
    • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner, which focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
    • Possess valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.
