At the Cross Insurance Arena the Director of Operations will report to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager while overseeing the operational activities of the facility that includes but not limited to: event set-up/conversions, housekeeping, managing maintenance programs for all the mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems, efficient operation and servicing of events both front and back of house while maintaining a focus on running an effective and cost-efficient program by controlling the departmental operating budget.
This position is based at the Cross Insurance Arena in the heart of downtown Portland, Maine. Hosting 120+ sporting and entertainment events a year, including 36 home games for our primary ECHL tenant team the Maine Mariners.
