The Director of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for overseeing and executing the Corporate Partnership (Sponsorship/Premium Seating) sales effort for the Ford Park Entertainment Complex.  Basic functions include the extensive development, sales, and servicing of Corporate Partnerships including Sponsorship and Premium Seating (annual Suite agreements as well as Suite rentals for individual events and Club Seats, if applicable during the term) while maintaining high levels of client service.



  • Responsible for prospecting, selling, cultivating and maintaining the Corporate Partnerships program for Ford Park (both new and existing business)
  • Responsible for soliciting new cash partnerships
  • Responsible for achieving established sales goals and budgets as set by the General Manager/Vice President
  • Responsible for generating sales leads via a combination of cold-calling, networking, and interaction with colleagues from other properties and regions
  • Responsible for overseeing and executing Corporate Partnership fulfillment
  • Responsible for working with other departments to create and place partners’ signage/elements
  • Responsible for servicing all Corporate Partnerships through various means including direct contact, newsletters, Corporate Partner gatherings, etc.
  • Responsible for creating new client initiatives to better serve the Corporate Partners
  • Responsible for the design and development of sales proposals and presentations for potential Corporate Partners
  • Responsible for creation/implementation of new ideas/opportunities that drive revenue
  • Work with the Marketing department on opportunities to cross-sell Corporate Partners
  • Responsible for tracking and communicating prospective sales and inventory throughout the year
  • Responsible for working and attending events for both Ford Park and Spectra
  • Other duties as assigned by General Manager and Vice President


  • Must have Sales experience
  • Must be motivated and organized, and have a strong desire to succeed in sales
  • Must be able to operate in a “team” environment
  • Preferably has advertiser contacts and relationships
  • Preferably demonstrates or has prior advertising/sponsorship experience/knowledge of local corporate market and/or industry
  • Previous experience in a similar working environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experiences
  • Proficiency with data processing and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work nights, all events, weekends, events and holidays as required
