The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution\service of all catered & concessions events. The Food & Beverage Manager must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for training and developing all service staff.
The Food & Beverage Manager will assist the General Manager and Directors with the successful execution of events and general daily tasks as needed. Oversees and coordinates day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department and F&B staffing. Assists in providing department planning, direction, and policies to staff, assuring the highest quality service program to assure booking/rebooking of events. FBM ensures an effective and cost-efficient program by controlling departmental operating budget and inventory control. Assists and provides leadership including physical labor for concessions and bar operations. Works with the Director of Events and General Manager for event execution. Assist in implementation and operations of food and beverage department.
