Overview

The Corporate Sales and Premium Seating Manager is responsible for working with and assisting the Director of Partnerships in executing premium seating and advertising sales and servicing efforts on behalf of the Budweiser Events Center and The Ranch, in Loveland, CO.  The basic function of this position includes sales, development for premium seating and corporate sponsorships while maintaining high levels of customer service as well as collaborating with other departments on sight and the Partnerships team to develop new strategic ways to generate and grow revenue to reach sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for prospecting, selling, cultivating, and maintaining Club Seats, Suites and Corporate Sponsorship sales for the complex
  • Responsible for client outreach, developing and creating of sales presentations and collateral materials for cash and value in-kind partnerships
  • Responsible for servicing and fulfillment of Club Seats and Suites for all events (Includes but not limited to processing and mailing tickets, contracts, assist in updating and sending collateral, and follow-up of meetings)
  • Responsible for cultivating and building good working relationships with different personnel and departments within the facility (marketing, operations, accounting, box office, tenant team personnel, etc.) to ensure proper execution of Partnership agreements
  • Assist in the identification of the applicable inventory in the Budweiser Events Center and The Ranch
  • Responsible for achieving appropriate sales goals as determined by management
  • Adhere to established reporting procedures for all sales activity
  • Work with the facilities staff to communicate sales activity, finalize sales, contract fulfillment and account servicing
  • Responsible for working with outside agencies/vendors as needed
  • Responsible for creating year end recaps for corporate partners
  • Responsible for communicating to client and prospects through various means including direct contact, newsletters, corporate partner gathering, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates or has prior advertising/sponsorship/premium seating experience and/or knowledge of local corporate market
  • Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience with sponsorship sales experience; industry experience in sports, entertainment, or municipal marketing strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Paciolan ticketing system strongly preferred but not required
  • Candidate should possess strong organizational skills and be able to function in a fast-paced multi-task environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with data processing and Microsoft Office Applications (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint)
  • Ability to work nights, events, weekends, and certain holidays as required, in addition to normal business hours
  • Must be a team player and be able to work efficiently and effectively within the established culture

Salary Range: $44,000 - $55,000
