The Centene Community Ice Center is a 4-sheet ice complex, with three indoor and one outdoor NHL-sized rinks which will serve as a hub of youth and amateur sports activity and as a place where the community can come together. It will be the official training and practice facility for the St Louis Blues and home to other local hockey programs, including Lindenwood University, the St Louis Blues Alumni, AAA Blues, and the Lady Cyclones. In addition to hockey and skating programs, games and tournaments, the outdoor rink will convert to a 5,000-seat concert venue and will also be used for community events and programming. Maintenance is responsible for the routine cleanliness of the facility, in addition will assist in set-up, show care and clean-up of events.

The Guest Experience and Events Coordinator will be responsible for the oversight and training of the front of house staff as well as event management at the venue, enhancing event experience, which includes Ticketed and non-ticketed events, public skating, corporate events, meetings, holiday parties, ice rentals, camps, birthdays, fundraisers, speaker series events, private parties, restaurant bookings, St. Louis Music Park concerts, and events through the city of Maryland Heights and our tenants.
The Social Sales Coordinator is the primary contact for all weddings, reunions, anniversaries and other social banquets at the convention center. He/She handles all aspects of the event from beginning to end including negotiating contract terms and rates to managing the event onsite.
The Event Manager will oversee the events department, manage every aspect of events in the facility from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; position will recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate all front of house event staff including building security, guest services, medical staff, coordination of police presence, and parking issues and interact with local public safety officials to ensure events run smoothly; coordinate communication between event related staff and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction.
The Accounting Clerk at the Alerus Center is responsible for supporting employees, managers, and the HR and Payroll Department in facilitation of various employee related activities and specialist projects. Key responsibilities include Accounts Payable data entry, Payroll administration, data entry, filing/records management, day-to-day completion of employee related activities and processes, EEO, and projects as assigned and provides support to the Finance department.
Utilizing independent judgment, the Director of Operations directs, manages, supervises and coordinates the activities and operations of the facility’s event set-up, housekeeping, and maintenance programs, including the operation and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems. Provides overall administrative planning, direction, and policies to department managers, assuring the highest quality service program to assure the most efficient operation and servicing of events. Ensures an effective and cost-efficient program by controlling the departmental operating budget.

Under general supervision, the Sales Coordinator provides assistance and administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing, Sr. Sales Manager, Sales Managers and a Marketing Manager; assists in coordinating the licensing of space and booking of events for the facility.
This position is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and service-oriented operation of the ticket selling function at the Ford Park Entertainment Complex.
The Engineer performs various routine and advanced inspecting, servicing, installing, and contract oversight of mechanical equipment, furnishings, and fixtures. The facilities, the Ryan Center and Boss Ice Arena, located at the University of Rhode Island Kingston campus, and the position is under the Director of Facilities' general direction.
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, this position manages and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the facility (arena and exhibition hall/meeting rooms), including engineering, maintenance, set-up / changeovers, custodial/housekeeping and grounds keeping. Provides overall administrative planning, direction, and policies to operating managers maintaining the highest quality service program to ensure client satisfaction. Assists in the development and management of annual Operations Department budget. Provides overall department management assistance to the Director of Operations.
The Accounting Manager is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and accounting of multiple operating locations. This position also has oversight responsibilities to enforce the application of all internal controls to secure all assets including cash, accounts receivable, and physical inventory.
This position is the primary contact with the guests at the facility. The position requires knowledge of the building and its
services also to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for the building patrons.
The cash room attendant is responsible for preparing and distributing cash during an event, processing, balancing and reporting of cash received after an event. The attendant must have the ability to work a variable, event driven schedule typically ranging from 1-2 hours before doors open to 1-2 hours after the conclusion of the event. In addition to possessing strong numerical skills, the attendant must have the ability to work independently, be trustworthy, be detail oriented with respect to adhering to company cash handling procedures, and be able to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce within a fast paced environment.
The Box Office & Marketing Manager will control all ticket inventories and oversee the processing of orders and payment. Utilizing ticketing software, he/she will create ticketing for events and financial reports; supervise and coordinate all Group Sales and Marketing related functions and personnel for the venue and provides highly responsible staff assistance to the General Manager.
This position is responsible for the selection, training, motivation and evaluation of all Box Office personnel; as well as management, supervision and coordination of the activities and operations of the Group Sales and Marketing Department.
The General Manager will be responsible for overall management, promotion and operation of the facility, including purchasing, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, food and beverage, box office, advertising, security, production, maintenance, parking and related operations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
The General Manger is accountable to the Terre Haute CIB and Spectra for the development of policies, procedures, and programs for achieving the goals set by the City and Spectra.
The position reports directly to the Regional Vice President, Spectra
This position is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and service-oriented operation of the ticket selling function of the Alerus Center. May supervisor other Ticket Office Cashiers.
Under general direction, performs advanced journey level and leadwork duties in the technical operation, maintenance and
repair of various HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and auxiliary systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of complex
MEP systems in a widely dispersed building.
Concessions cashiers perform a variety of customer service, food preparation, and cleaning duties in the concessions areas.
Parking attendant personnel function as money collectors during paid parking events, check for proper parking passes, direct patrons to expedite ingress and egress of cars to and from Alerus Center lots, assist with the set-up and tear down of parking equipment and assist with parking lot clean up post event.
Housekeepers will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and public areas prior to, during, and after events.
