The Event Manager will oversee the events department, manage every aspect of events in the facility from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; position will recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate all front of house event staff including building security, guest services, medical staff, coordination of police presence, and parking issues and interact with local public safety officials to ensure events run smoothly; coordinate communication between event related staff and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction.

The General Manager is responsible for the efficient, professional and profitable operation of the assigned Spectra venue. In addition to managing the day to day business operations, the General Manager solicits new sources of revenue, both on and off the venue property. Responsible for overall management, promotion, and operation of the facility, including construction, purchasing, policy administration, booking, marketing, finance, food and beverage, box office, advertising, security, production, maintenance, and related operations for an Arena/Complex. This position is responsible for the development, coordination and management of all aspects and strategies for the arena's entertainment events.
The Director of Banquets has the primary duty of managing the Banquets department. This position will actively recruit, supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards, and will initiate employment actions with GM approval such as hiring, termination, suspension, discipline, promotion, and transfer. The Banquet Manager will actively and independently manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment.
The Director of Banquets is responsible for overseeing the direction of the banquet department’s daily activities in accordance with Spectra policies and objectives to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability and a positive, productive and compliant work environment. This position solely responsible for the effective management and operation of the banquet team including effective interaction with signed clients, event planning support, scheduling, room set-up, compliance with food handling policies, safety, employee training and supervision, adherence to budget and cost requirements, and any other tasks assigned by the General Manager. The Director of Banquets must provide a high level of oversight and operation/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of all assigned events including exceptional planning in advance.

The First Cook is responsible for the preparation of food items for catering and concessions in accordance to current standards, including but not limited to: grilling, sauce preparation, meat fabrication and plating. Assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef with opening and closing duties for the kitchen and concessions.
This position will assist in the management of all ticketing operations including daily operations of the Box Office and any ticketing outlets. Responsibilities include account for all cash received, verifying daily cash reports, maintaining accurate bookkeeping documents, and depositing all ticket receipts. This is a full-time position that frequently requires attendance at evening and/or weekend activities, performances and events. The New Business Specialist will focus on selling new FSEs and group ticket packages, as well as smaller ticket packages that management creates throughout the season.
