Utilizing independent judgement, The Director of Hockey is responsible for creating, managing, supervising, and coordinating internal ice programming of Centene Community Ice Center. The Director will also manage ice scheduling, cultivate positive relationships with tenants and user groups, and management of public skating/hockey sessions. This individual will provide overall administrative planning, direction, and policies to the venue, assuring the highest quality guest service and tenant relations while meeting the financial objectives of the facility. This individual will provide highly responsible staff assistance to the program manager, skate attendants and coaches.
This role will pay a salary of $70,000 to $85,000.

The Cook is responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests throughout the venue. The Cook will often have direct contact with the public working in areas such as a buffet line or preparing dishes to order. The Cook must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work nights and weekends as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $14 to $15.00.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily food & beverage operations at the community ice center and the concert venue in the restaurant, concession stands & catering functions. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will support the F&B Manager with inventory controls, product distribution, overall maintenance & cleanliness of equipment, event preparations & event day operations. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide support and guidance to bartenders and cashiers. They will help coordinate catering functions, assist with maintaining kitchen cleanliness, inventory control & event support.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Flexible availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, positive attitude & team mentality are required for this position.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $18 to $20.
