The Assistant Office Manager will provide assistance to all Spectra departments (Concessions, Catering). Administrative duties may include, but are not limited to assisting with payroll, accounting, assisting with handling human resources duties with assurance in maintaining employee personnel files, scheduling, and general clerical duties. The Assistant Office Manager will assist the Office Manager in managing a full range of accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, reporting and GL entries, performing month end closing work, account reconciliations, and P&L reporting to management. The Catering Sales Coordinator is an entry level catering and sales role that supports the Catering Sales Director, which oversees and executes on-site food & beverage at two Atlantic City venues.  Responsible to consult with exhibit managers, promoters, conference representatives, catering clients to detail events through contract negotiation and finalization. The catering sales coordinator is responsible for relaying event information to appropriate interdepartmental personnel for finalizing event details for events working with the Catering Sales Director. The Catering Sales Coordinator maintains a consistently positive and professional relationship with internal and external clients.   The Catering Sales Coordinator will handle sales and customer service issues including providing outstanding customer service; researching, resolving and clarifying invoice questions; and providing knowledgeable and appropriate suggestions to internal and external clients.  The Catering Sales Coordinator will facilitate the flow of information internally, as well as communicate with all guests and vendors.
