The Accounting Internship position is based at our Ford Idaho Center location.
Internship Structure and Expectations
- Internships are expected to be a 4-6 month commitment. This allows the student to experience the venue through multiple event cycles.
- Internships are considered part time with a varied weekly schedule requiring an estimated 20-30 hours per week depending on events as they impact accounting workflow.
- Learning agenda will include all aspects of venue management accounting cycles including a/p, a/r, event closing, month end closing activities, and financial statement preparation.
- Interns will engage in weekly financial training calls discussing various accounting topics applied to venue managment.

Phases of internship are evaluated as follows: Orientation & training, Observation, Learning, and Implementation of skills and tasks.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $18.00-$22.00.

The Corporate Sales Manager is to manage, supervise and coordinate the activities and operations of corporate sales for the venue; and to provide highly responsible staff assistance to higher-level management staff.
This role will pay a salary of $65,000 to $85,000.

This Partnerships Sales Manager will sell fully integrated marketing, media and promotional programs that include marketing rights, on-premise signage, event sponsorships, promotions, event marketing, premium seating and media exposure. We are looking for an outgoing, people-oriented sales professional who will be responsible for generating new business revenue with local, regional and national companies through the sale of integrated sponsorship packages.
This role will pay a salary of $45,000 to $55,000 plus potential for commissions.

The Corporate Sales and Premium Seating Manager is to manage, supervise and coordinate the activities and operations of corporate sales and premium seating for the venue; and to provide highly responsible staff assistance to higher-level management staff. The basic function of this position includes sales, development for premium seating and corporate sponsorships while maintaining high levels of customer service as well as collaborating with other departments on sight and the Global Partnerships team to develop new strategic ways to generate and grow revenue to reach sales goals.
This role will pay a salary of $55,000 to $60,000.

The Oak View Group (“OVG”) Business Development Internship offers participants an opportunity to work in respect of investments in professional sports and entertainment facilities across a broad rangeof arena development components, including but not limited to financial / investment analysis, projectsourcing, and pre-development design. Responsibilities will include collaborate in the development of market overviews of cities to determine viable arena / venue investments, research and data collection on prospective and established stadia / arena, and an introduction to financial modeling and partnership negotiations.
Throughout the nine-week internship, participants will gain a thorough understanding on how deals transition from the project pipeline to the construction phase and into operations. Interns will also collaborate with other departments, including OVG Global Partnerships and the booking teams in order to best understand the facility management industry.
Role open in Corproate office in Denver and office in New York.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $20.00.
